As a brand rooted in craftsmanship, we produce each piece on order. Hence, returns and exchanges are limited, but we’re here to help if there’s a genuine issue.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
- Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there’s a concern.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags.
- Return must reach us within 15 days of approval.
- We do not accept returns on customized or discounted products.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for sizing issues, depending on stock availability.
- Exchange shipping costs (to and fro) are the customer’s responsibility.
Production Delays
Our handcrafted and hand-embroidered products may take additional time to produce due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to such delays.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed after the product passes quality checks.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment (at our discretion).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Due to logistics and customs complexities, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
