Return & Exchange policy

As a brand rooted in craftsmanship, we produce each piece on order. Hence, returns and exchanges are limited, but we’re here to help if there’s a genuine issue.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there’s a concern.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags.
  • Return must reach us within 15 days of approval.
  • We do not accept returns on customized or discounted products.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for sizing issues, depending on stock availability.
  • Exchange shipping costs (to and fro) are the customer’s responsibility.

Production Delays


Our handcrafted and hand-embroidered products may take additional time to produce due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to such delays.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the product passes quality checks.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment (at our discretion).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

Due to logistics and customs complexities, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
